My experience
I misunderstood some of the rules at first, especially around the holiday trading restriction. Because of that I assumed my account reset was unfair and left a negative review out of frustration. I have since then took the time to properly read and understand the rules. After adjusting how I trade and following the guidelines correctly, I cashed out multiple payouts without issues. In my case the problem wasn’t really the company it was my misunderstanding of the conditions. Once I operated within the rules my withdrawals were processed just fine. If you plan to trade with them, make sure you fully understand the terms and rules before starting. That makes all the difference.
